CAT 5, 6 or 7 Cable Delay Lines
SCD075A32 Wideband Delay Lines
Faraday Technology has designed this delay line specifically for KVM distribution systems to eliminate delay skew introduced when CAT 5, 6 or 7 cable is used to distribute RGB video signals over long cable runs.
The extra wide bandwidth of these delay lines (100MHz) and resolution (1ns steps) enables higher specification computer systems to be corrected and all pixel error or miss registration can be removed.
32ns per delay line is available which can be cascaded without compromising the 100MHz bandwidth.
The innovative design and the ability of production to fully automatically assemble the delay lines have enabled Faraday to ensure that the product remains competitively priced compared to conventional lumped element designs.
New High Frequency Filter Capability
Faraday Technology announces the launch of its new electronic filter range from 500MHz to 18GHz, for band pass, channel and combining cavity filters for RF applications.
A separate section within the design division will use specialist cad techniques including bespoke software to produce each filter, which will be designed and built to perform to customer’s requirements.
Our production department is capable of producing 1 off to large quantity runs with a very able hand assembly department and a CNC facility that will also ensure the very best service at a price that will keep purchasing departments happy.
The new frequency range available combined with our existing capability gives us a total range from 100KHz to 18GHz servicing the broadcast, military and telecoms markets.
Faraday are growing and changing, but as an ISO9001 company our commitment to quality, on time delivery, competitive pricing and customer satisfaction will remain unchanged.
Remote Controlled Cable Simulator for Digital Signals Faraday's patented hand held Cable Clone has been re-engineered to enable it to be remotely controlled via an RS 232 interface. Rather than tediously switching between various lengths of cable during tests for the crash point of digital equipment, test departments will now be able to automatically switch between various lengths of simulated accuracy of the test and delivering a guaranteed repeatability when equipment is used "in the field". Careful selection of the switches and attention to the details has provided us with the same lack of distortion as achieved when using the Patented Cable Clone. The automatic Cable Clone is housed in a 1U 19" rack with LEDs to indicated cable length. |
